Pros
Stable company, hybrid work mode. Many courses to help employees self growth. Harmony working environment,good benefits especially for married staffs with kids. Generous claim allowance for medical and dental.
Cons
Bonus are reducing. Stagnant increment when your position hit ceiling of the ranking (ridiculously low as 0.05%) . If you are unlucky , may get decrement too . Politic play especially from device department. Eventhough company allow hybrid work mode , but this dept management likes to set their own rules and micromanaging.
