Pros

The words panasonic on a resume look great

Cons

-no communication - they use outside contracting agencies -these agencies do not supply any benefits or sick days -"real" employees will tell you to contact your agency when you have a problem but the agency has zero authority in panasonic. Meaning you are completely alone with no one to talk to - they renew contracts without telling you so you can not negotiate for a pay raise or job description change - Everyone points the finger and blames each other rather then owning up to their own mistakes - they only pay full time staff once a month or every five weeks at times. - this is all a review from a contracted persons view point who also sees their staffed co workers struggling to live off their paychecks. - there are no perks or real fun benefits

Pros

Overall really positive experiencing working here. Good benefits and lots of flexibility with work.

Cons

Not a lot of development opportunities. Career ladders are not defined and even though the company encourages career development opportunities, there's no transparency around it.

Pros

Good benefits, Health and Dental, Vision, up to 4% 401k match

Cons

New management has no idea how business supposed to be managed. They are pulling management folks from Intel and Amazon. Taking new development to Oregon where their homes are. Also, sent most of the work to India to show the profitability. The company doesn't have traditional Japanese culture any more under current management as everyone is trying to fill their pockets and looking for their benefits.
