      Pros

      Health and dental benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Company is suffering effects of bribing foreign government officials for many years. After past CEO Margis got fired for corruption the company has to now make money the real way which it is not set up to do. Money has been the past solution to all the problems, but not anymore as there's no more bribing and the company is hurting due to covid. The company does not have processes in place to get anything delivered on time. I would not join this company during this time when aviation is decimated due to covid.

      Good benefits, Health and Dental, Vision, up to 4% 401k match

      Cons

      New management has no idea how business supposed to be managed. They are pulling management folks from Intel and Amazon. Taking new development to Oregon where their homes are. Also, sent most of the work to India to show the profitability. The company doesn't have traditional Japanese culture any more under current management as everyone is trying to fill their pockets and looking for their benefits.
