Good vacation package, decent benefits...but keeps raising premiums

Lack of clear goals, no proper direction. Too many to list. Have been on a 4 day workweek since late July with a 20% pay cut doing more work due to layoffs and offloads to remaining people. Too many managers. A lot of lazy people. Reminds me of the "joke" interview: Interviewer: Why are leaving your current job? Interviewee: Too many people Interviewer: How many people work there? Interviewee: No more than 50%
