Cons
Career path nonexistant, no training, no development, little opportunity for personal growth. Management positions almost never filled by internal advancement. This is a very political organization. Success is more about who you know than what you do. Be ready to accept work-life balance issues, as this is a very reactive company culture, work here and you will always be putting out fires.
