Pros
It's a big & well-established company with long history for more than 50 years. It's one of the Top Japanese Company which are still surviving from the Korean domination in consumer market.
Cons
There are too many entities or "sister company" which are still not communicating effectively. Lack of synergy & consolidation to work as a whole unit. Need to refer back to Japan HQ for all the decision making, thus it will slow down the progress.
