Pros
Competitive pay. A lot of transferable skills and values that honestly have benefited me in the long run.
Cons
I went through a lot of managers in a short time. The company culture can be killer if you aren't used to working your life away. They will inspect your cars to make sure you're living a 'panda lifestyle.' At the time I worked there, I was constantly being led to believe I would start management training only to say I needed to be present at the store I was at to help because they couldn't keep people.
