Nothing seems to never be good enough for upper management.
At some point in time, they told managers that they specifically want a certain number of BOH/FOH at EVERY STORE. I can understand that for smaller stores but some are larger so more staff is needed. A lot of their priority goes into reducing labor to increase profits. This just burns out our staff members at an accelerated rate without any consideration.
Upper management visits the store at random times to check the performance and quality of food and cleanliness. Which is fantastic! Least until they see a small stain by the manager station or dishes piling up during a rush. Then that's marks points off your book and increases your chances of getting write-ups and eventually fired.
The company forces all managers, shift leads, etc to listen to the Panda Podcast. Completely unnecessary information but preached constantly as if a cult.
