Good company but felt very silo’d off - Business Analyst Pantheon Data Employee Review

None noticed during my stay with them

Good Company, great benefits, good management, compensation was on slightly lower then industry.

None anymore. I have definitely worked with some interesting people here. I really enjoyed my time here... at first. But there is really nothing going for this company.

1. Management sucks 2. Startup feel with no startup perks or compensation 3. No annual raises or performance-based raises, even promotions don't guarantee a pay raise 4. The company and leadership clearly do not have any commitment to employees, letting people go in a moment's notice. 5. very disorganized 6. only one or two people are in the loop. everyone else is micromanaged by people that don't understand how technology works.
