Pros
My experience at Panco has been truly amazing. I feel supported, respected and have been given the opportunities for growth I was promised at my interview. I have been exposed to many factors of property management I wasn't at other places. I feel empowered to make decisions, to speak my mind, and to say when I need help or clarification. I have been able to be part of acquisitions, taking over new properties and helping at many sites. You are part of every aspect of what it means to run a property from bids, contracts, capital projects to pricing, specials, etc. I do not feel like I am just a manager at a site and forgotten. I feel like my voice is heard at both the properties I manage. You are held accountable for your responsibilities, and the expectations are high - but only because they believe in you and want the best of everyone. I truly feel this way and have for the 2 years I have been at Panco. I have and will continue to highly recommend working for Panco! My direct boss, the Regional VP is amazing, she has taught me more than imaginable in only two years because she cares and wants to provide growth.
Cons
The only con for me is I look forward to having more properties in our Boston area! Otherwise, I truly have had a genuinely great experience. You could ask my family and friends and they would tell you all I have spoken is positive remarks since coming on board!
