Business Outlook

Pros

Never met anyone I didn’t like while I was working at PD. The plans we put out were always top quality and every project was undertaken as a team effort by a group of individuals that take pride in their work and have the highest level of respect for their clients.

Cons

There was a massive amount of turn over starting in April 2020 because of preemptive layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The layoffs really messed with the team dynamics and have caused a lot of additional employee turnover among people that saw competent coworkers and friends being let go prematurely. I’m sure PD will continue to be a great company to work for as they recover, but the company culture has definitely taken a hit.
