Pros

Great people Barista level coffee machine - and they send you on training to make sure you can work it! Flexible hours - great for people with kids

Cons

There's a bit of tech debt but management is keen on fixing it Some product decisions aren't explained well

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
