Pros

PaperCut is a caring, principle driven, nimble, and fun place to work. If you are looking for a place that is truly unique and human, this is an amazing experience.

Cons

This is more of a pro than a con, but people who want to work at here should be aware that you will be interacting, contributing and taking accountability for overall growth of the company outside the confines of a normal role.

Bonus scheme You get paid if you work.

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
