Pros

PaperCut genuinely cares about its employees' safety, satisfaction, and growth opportunities at work. It's structured in a way that you can pursue your passions regardless of title or 'status'. They're also very good at supporting work-life balance compared to most American companies (since they're Aussie-based).

Cons

Our systems have always been a bit frustrating.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Caring for our employees is a huge part of who we are, and as you would know, is the C in our CHIN values. I’m glad to hear we have successfully imparted our Aussie work-life balance approach in the Americas region, I always say life comes first! If we also love our work, it genuinely feels like it's not work! We need to keep it that way. I’m sorry to hear that some of our systems are frustrating. We would love to hear more about where we can improve and if you’ve got any suggestions for us in this space. I know the Business Experience team have a number of internal systems initiatives in flight, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them with your feedback either. This is one area we're focusing on, but I do acknowledge that there are limited resources on internal systems and it's a "one byte at a time" improvement - Slowish, but hopefully impactful over the long term. - Chris

Pros

Bonus scheme You get paid if you work.

Cons

The leadership at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. The CEO clearly plays favorites these people get all the attention and praise. This year, one of the rudest and most inappropriate employees was actually rewarded for being “direct” during an all hands meeting. There are problems everywhere, and constant layoffs just to hit targets. The People team is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with and take forever to resolve anything.
