Pros
Company Culture. They hire very talented and knowledgable people. Good benefits. Great value base. Very flexible hybrid working options. Diversity team (DEIB) are so great (made up of employee members)- doing a lot of work in their own time to share the various messages - not thanked enough though. They do not expect you to work long hours - unless there is a hard deadline or security issue (which is completely sensible of course). Inspiring workplace when a good project comes your way. The CEO, Chris, is very engaged in most of the projects - though too much some would say.
Cons
No growth potential. Heavily micromanaged by leadership. People and Culture (HR team) are ran off their feet and dont really advocate for you or check in with you - even when aware you have major problems in personal life. Could be more social and concentrate more on building teams and connections in those teams. A majority of the employees do not engage in social or learning activities (such as DEIB sessions). This maybe an introvert thing.
