We’re glad you enjoy working autonomously, but we’re sorry you have had a bad experience with the draw compensation system. This is a legacy pay system that is no longer offered to new hires. The 5 year waiting period for PTO was also part of the draw system. All new employees at ALARIS start to accrue PTO upon hire. Thanks! 2019 Edit: We are happy to report that in 2019 we were able to offer richer health insurance plans and significantly reduce costs for employee only coverage. Our goal for 2020 and beyond is to reduce costs for spouse, children, and family coverage while still offering great benefits.
