Pros
A team approach to Case Management . Team consists of RN case manager, MD specialist, clinical specialist and "CSC" ( they are the glue that holds the team together - RN network across the country is WONDERFUL! everyone very helpful and kind. Yearly "Summit meetings" for the RN Network Managers
Cons
Computer system isn't the easiest to use - Updates are always being done; not sure if they are all helpful tho
