Focus was on billing so it felt like you were nickel and diming customers.
Workload was alright but generally was too light and varied greatly.
Not a lot of room for growth, especially once you reach the max tier for your position.
Benefits package was sub par. There were not enough paid time off days, no sick pay, no tuition reimbursement, and they only match 50% for 401K. Medical and dental package was decent. Overall not very competitive compared to the Madison area.
Training is non-existent at this organization, and depending on the team you are on, you do not receive a lot of support during the learning process.
