Let me just say that I love what I do and the people I work with. This is just my observation and criticism as someone who hasn't been here for years and years. That being said, I'm seeing a trend with employees being overworked neaely every week and little to no benefits that come out of it. It's great that the company is growing and thriving, and that we're having to catch up in terms of hiring more people, but if that's the case, then it's management who's reaping the rewards, not the foundational employees working 50-60 hours a week to make the software look great for the end user. It's a shame that so many experienced employees tend to leave because they can get paid 20-30% more somewhere else, sometimes even fairly close and within the same state. Paradigm, I know you can do better. If you're missing the lower end of industry standard pay by more than 20% and people are having to get a second job just to support themselves, I think you have some work to do.
