Applying for the job and preparing for the role is handled by Amanda Walters who is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was refreshing to have a real person communicate with me throughout the entire process and answer any questions I might have. Interviewing with Mark I was taken by surprise by the politeness and friendly atmosphere provided which I have never experienced with any other company. I love coming into work every day. If I ever have questions or need assistance with anything, there is never a shortage of people who genuinely want you to succeed. Most companies I have had experience with generally have people who are always in competition with you so you never ever feel part of the team; with Paragon, I have never felt like I did not belong here. The mindset here is if you succeed, We All Succeed. This is how a company should be run. This is how comradery and teamwork excels!
Cons
I have nothing negative to say at all. As Covid restrictions are lifted, I have been told that the team activities and get togethers will resume. As of now, the activities are wonderful so if this is any indication of how activities will run following the mandates being lifted, it can only get better from here.
