High stress and zombies for employees - Senior Operator Paragon Films Employee Review

Plant manager is an extreme micro manager who rules the plant by threatening your job and micro managing everybody. You will only get promoted if you follow his orders and never question anything. Maintenance only works when their boss is around any other time they just stay in the break room or playing on their phone. Short handed daily and they try to make you Work overtime. Production manager will call your phone repeatedly until you answer and then try to guilt you into working. No training at all. HR doesn’t have a clue how the floor works and acts like it’s easy work and some big happy family. Every hourly person there hates the office managers. They cook food every so often and make you eat and take a bunch of pictures to show their bosses and act like they like us. Plant manager is nosey and rude and says highly inappropriate things. Worst management staff I’ve ever had to deal with.
