Pros

the pay is kinda alright for the area

Cons

supervisors will yell and cuss at employees, hr and plant management will say it never happened "they would never" production schedule is 12 hour shifts rotating 2-2-3 shipping schedule is allegedly 7-3:30 mon to Fri, but they've had to work 7am-11pm multiple times recently they fired 2 people and won't post their jobs because "hiring freeze" but another got in a bad accident outside of work and they posted his job the next day they don't do proper forklift certification, if you're breathing you can drive a lift, which is why they had two forklifts get in a t-bone accident last month their pay scale is so bad they had employees fist fighting in the plant over who gets paid what overall hostile work environment

Pros

2 2 3 schedule Ability to move up if you’re constantly pushing for it Majority of management worked their way up through the company

Cons

Promotion process goes through corporate office, not within the plant Terrible turnover rate due to long shifts Tends to promote those who are not ready for supervisory roles, mainly those who are friends with upper management Those in supervisory roles tend to lack motivation to train others which leads to operators having to go above and beyond to try and learn more
