Pros
mostly relaxed workplace(depending on your program), flexibility with hours is great, good vacation and 401k benefits. annual raises pretty common. they don't overwork you or expect you to work overtime.
Cons
Pay is somewhat low compared to living costs in area. management changes are frequent. holidays are not paid, but are "worked" into your vacation time.
