It is a great to be part of a purpose-driven, mission-oriented organization. We have many new people in leadership positions who are bringing a different and employee-focused approach, which is helping those of us who provide direct care to our participants and residents have a better work experience.
Cons
There is still a lot of work to do to unwind old beliefs, attitudes and actions.
