Pros
Parcel Pending is such an exciting place to work, as the industry is so new that there's always opportunity for growth. There's always something new going on, and the team that has been assembled is sublime. I am happy every day to wake up and start work, and I have yet to have one bad experience.
Cons
I can't think of any cons, though I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who can't handle a fast paced, ever growing startup environment.
