Poorly Managed - Anonymous employee Parcel Pending Employee Review

After jumping thru many hoops I was hired and I was very excited. On my second day at work I was told I am being let go. When I asked why, I was told, they don't have budget for me. I couldn't believe it. What a company would hire someone just to fire him on his second day of work because they don't have money? While I was there I didn't see anything but chaos and disarray. No wonder some key people just left and about to leave as I understood. To make the matter even worse, I was told about my firing in front of other people. I wonder what the morale is over there after people have seen such a thing? C'mon people!!! Who would do that? Very very disappointing!!!
