Pros

The culture of the company has drastically drifted to the worst. Not a promising place anymore.

Cons

If you ask me, it is very unethical to fire people on their second day just because you want to bring in somebody from your previous workplace. that's like playing with people's lives. Many people around me (and me) were visibly upset when that happened. It was very chaotic day.

Management is too self absorbed and cuts cost that would benefit the bottom line over investing in their employees
