Pros
ParentSquare is a company on the move, with a very dynamic and energized team. Everyone seems highly engaged and committed to the company and their work. Email communications are almost non-existent, as the entire company seems to live in the real-time world of Slack communications. That's an apt analogy for the way the entire company functions...everything occurs very quickly, efficiently, and you need to "keep up" or risk missing out. The ethos of the company is set from the top down by Anu and Sohit, the two founders, who continually their demonstrate their active leadership, daily engagement, and genuine care and concern for all happenings across the company.
Cons
Starting and onboarding at ParentSquare is a bit of a whirl-wind. There is a lot of training, but it's 100% virtual and you get thrown into the mix very quickly. Hang on for a wild ride.
