      Surface-level friendly staff, good benefits, throughough training material

      Cons

      Trend of staff that lack accountability or transparency, toxic management, high expectations with no means to properly quantify or support proper execution (lots of lofty goals with actual means to reach these goals)

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

      Pros

      The only pro is that they offer remote work.

      Cons

      I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
