      Pros

      Some great managers and visionary thinking. Pace of change is good and necessary, but there are technical challenges to overcome as with all companies. There is a broad variety of work and many opportunities.

      Cons

      As with all large companies there are challenges with the different groups and office politics.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
