      Pros

      good people, fair workload, easy to move to other departments if you wish, great training opportunities. You are welcome to share your ideas anytime or voice your concerns.

      Cons

      Progression as a CRA can take a lot of time, systems are trashy and poorly designed (Datalabs is overly complex for no reason and IMPACT is not very intuitive, at all).

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
