Pros

-Generous vacation (3 weeks to start) -Relatively flexible work schedule. -Very nice co-workers. There is some very good talent here. -Exposure to new technology (though training is usually hands-on, on-the-fly).

Cons

-Difficult to get external training. -Raises average about 2-3% for workers. Management is a very different story. Very much a have and have-not situation. It pays to be in the clique. -Bonus plan not paid out over the last two years -Despite the propaganda, upper management sees lower level people as 'resources' not valued and skilled personnel.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
