International environment: team members on a project from different countries. Gender equality at all levels. Friendly colleagues. Possibility to work from home.
Cons
This is a very stressful environment, stress to satisfy client is understandable but the pressure from high management to be cost efficient is too high. They should work on best practice sharing/training people and involve more employees to develop new processes.
