      Pros

      The heads of global data operations, global statistics, and NA biostatistics are awesome. There are great people in biostats and SAS programming, they pick up the tabs for errors passed down by data management. Most project teams are great, except for some DOLs.

      Cons

      Bunch of I-3 contaminated directors have poisoned the environment. They suck up to their bosses and trashes whoever they can, play politics behind doors, and will stab you from behind. They have no understanding of the technical work and what blinding means. Some of them are outright rude, contentious and bullies.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

      Quality, setting realistic expectations for all workers, and workforce stability.
