      Within my dept, the management team communicates openly at all levels. PAREXEL is a leader in innovation and adaptability to the changing environment. Executive leadership consistently demonstrates their desire and willingness to hear the ideas of those doing the work. Hard work and achievements are recognized.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
