      PAREXEL is one of the top CRO's in the world. They have a diverse portfolio of clients and are continuing to grow even in the current recession.

      Cons

      As with any company with rapid growth, PAREXEL is not without its growing pains. An average case load of 14-20 sites is not uncommon.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
