      Do not have much pros except work life balance

      Cons

      1. HR is the most pathetic unit of this organization. 2. They don't understand PAREXEL values 3. They play with Training bond for 2 years without giving much hike 4. They ask employees to pay for training bond if they leave within 2 years, even though training is not given

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
