Pros
In IT you can see some amazing leaders....highly knowledgeable & smart peers....will learn to respect time....Excellence/Effectiveness/Efficiency.......lot of learning if your 6 senses are open.......very mature staff right from the housekeeping to the security guards to the reception till the CEO....I thank my hiring manager and the India HR for giving me an opportunity to work and prove myself.
Cons
There is always 2 sides of a coin...thus there are some different kind of people too....need to identify them & maintain distance.....people who are insecure of their position....people who talk nonsense and rubbish.....people who cannot sustain in any other organization....people who grow because their godfathers......people who are copy cats of their masters......people who can treat you in the worst possible way during your last few days !!
