None as this department was poorly managed and overly complex in structure.

This department is run by people who don't know how to manage. The idea of globalizing the department was usurped by the need for the department to be run out of the Berlin based office. No matter how hard you work to meet work demands and please the client you are not considered good enough to work for this team outside of Europe. Their expectations were for the team to be paperwork pushers while they were "managing" everything. Very hostile work environment.
