      Pros

      - flexible hours -No micro management -All work towards a common goal It is a great place to understand the nitty gritty of pharma. they are well thought out and really seem to want to iffer the client an astounding service. Many opportunities to learn and train up - very supportive team

      There are not many cons here - none that i can see anyway

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
