Pros
It has good benefits. You can get the time off that you need when you need it for the most part. It's a pretty ok atmosphere.
Cons
They are really not open about how they promote people. The promotions are wierd and when you think it's your turn you get shot down. I believe that there can be a bit of favoritism out there especially in the Medical Imaging department.
