Pros
I have been with Parexel for over 10 years, and I have had a variety of different line managers. I can truthfully say that all but one of my managers has supportive and great to work for. I have had the opportunity to work across a variety of different business units with different stakeholders, and this had given me a great insight into the business and the work that Parexel does. Again the majority of people I have worked with have been great, friendly, always eager to help or support. For a company of this size I certainly feel that the work that I undertake makes a difference.
Cons
In a large company, change can be slow. Lack of transparency in salary bands, although this is common in this field and within private industry.
