Pariveda is intentionally designed from to focus on growing individuals (employees, clients and partners) to their highest potential. Our expectations framework is a transparent set of expectations by level, lending clarity to everyone's promotion path and guiding our mentors and managers in their coaching. It sounds like some things you experienced run counter to our culture. We take your feedback seriously. We are implementing steps to measure and improve the experiences of our people as they grow their careers here. We review our benefit offerings frequently and scan the market for new offerings that might provide even greater safety for our people and their families. For example, in 2016 we increased our Paternity Leave to equal Maternity Leave (so now we simply have Paternal Leave) because we want parents to enjoy the specialness of this wonderful life event.
