Pros
In my career I have been in a number of organizations before Pariveda, and although everyone of them claims to care about their employees, this is the first place I have been where I have been held accountable for making my co-workers my priority as much as my own development. Another great thing about working here is that everyday I get to be surrounded by smart yet humble people. As a result, I have the good fortune of never being the smartest person in the room, but instead getting to absorb and learn from the amazing people around me.
Cons
Real personal and professional growth is hard. Pariveda offers the framework, but unless you are willing to invest the effort to feed your own brain and support others in their growth this is not the place for you.
