Up until I was denied employment with the company that acquired us, the company was one of the best to work for; Regional Leadership was exceptional. Prior to the acquisition, I studied the operational business model/structure and was very alarmed by what I saw; it was very, very different from years past...I can say that because I had worked for them a while back and when I left, I left on bad terms so they would not accept my transfer. Anyway, turns out to be a blessing in disquise.
