      Pros

      Good Benefits. Generally good people to work with. I know a lot of people that love working here, and love their positions/management chain, etc.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standard. No real mobility. Poor alignment between titles and duties. Park prefers using outside vendors to bring online new automation solutions rather than upskilling workers, and the results are generally terrible. End of year reviews are a joke that they keep talking about fixing, but never do.
