Pros

If this is your first job out of college, you will get some solid training.

Cons

Turnover (currently at 35+% turnover for my class alone. They will lie to you about this if you ask in the interview process. If you don't fit in or under perform for a short amount of time you are out!) Over populated sales territories, an industry in decline as most are switching to the cloud, lies about your base salary going into the role as there is a draw against your commission and base salary (even if you over perform one month, and under perform the next you are then in a hole trying to dig your way out/ HR NEVER mentioned this when hiring), management team / team distribution is grossly uneven (It is all about what territory you end up in and what manager you work for. Look out, there are some terrible leaders), completely metric driven (metrics are out of date as is the software used to track them. Funny considering you are working for a tech company but using a CRM from 25+ years ago), Out of date fraternity type culture (male driven, cubicles, gambling, dip cups everywhere, if you were not in a fraternity don't bother), Blatant racism at the highest levels ("do we really want someone who sounds like they are from the hood on the phones")

Pros

I suppose the office was nice

Cons

There is no leadership experience here and a toxic culture, but lots of young people who don't know any better The CEO's pet is WAY out of her league and knows next to nothing about the industry Management just says whatever sounds good, but you quickly get a sense that no one is genuine or knows what a real company would do. It's all about the next reward/promotion
