Great benefits and pretty good pay as well. Rewarding to work with the public and learn about different backgrounds and cultures. Corporate team is very involved and interested.

Cons

The biggest problem with this position is the extremely high turnover rate of room attendants. It can be very stressful on leadership.

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
