This company has a modern touch that help us move forward and stay with the times. Corporate is very supportive and regularly checks in with each property. If you fail with this company you should be more prepared to tackle something better.

Cons

No onboarding orientation for new managers. Need a better way of ensuring new managers are prepared. Perhaps in-house task force personnel is needed.

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

Cons

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
