Cons

* A four day work week is not an option. * Currently not matching 401k contributions. * Medical & Dental insurance costs are a little expensive.

Pros

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
